Staff Partners are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team which spans multiple sites across residential care and education in Suffolk. In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored assessment and intervention plans for our pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, complex, and SEMH needs.
Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions, adhering to professional guidelines and regulations, and preparing necessary documentation, such as reports. Additionally, you'll provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as needed.
With a strong safeguarding culture across all settings, the aim is for excellence in caring for pupils, striving to empower vulnerable individuals to find happiness and success.
Essential Criteria:
- Recognised and relevant Occupational Therapist degree
- Valid and up-to-date HCPC registration
- Sensory qualification
- Driving license and access to a vehicle
- Experience working with Children and Young People
- Experience in an educational setting would be advantageous
