Consultant Psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Here at Staff Partners Mental Health, we have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for an established private hospital based in London.
 
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

This role is a full-time permanent position and you will be working in inpatient and outpatient treatment and clinical leadership in our private adolescent mental health unit and private outpatient CAMHS team. You will work closely with our dedicated Multidisciplinary Team to ensure safe and effective service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead an MDT of Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, OT and Specialty Dr’s
• Active role in service and development activities
• Participate in Governance and Service Line meetings
• Taking clinical responsibility for patients
• Fulfilling the role of Responsible Clinician
• Supervising the process of referrals and admissions
• Take part in medical related audits

Job Requirements:

• GMC with a licence to practise
• CCT/Specialist Registration with the GMC
• Approved Clinician status
• Section 12 approval
• MRCPsych
• MBSS qualification
