• BLS, MH, Online training must be aligned with skills for health *pmva or mapa also required for mental health
• Occupational screening (fit to work certificate)
• Clinical Interview
• Skills checklist
• Drugs calculation test for band 5 and above (ITU drugs tests for ITU staff)
• Numeracy test for band 4 and below
