- Professional Registration certificate
- Monthly professionals body register checks
- BLS, MH, Online training must be aligned with skills for health *pmva or mapa also required for mental health
- Occupational screening (fit to work certificate)
- Clinical Interview
- Skills checklist
- Drugs calculation test for band 5 and above (ITU drugs tests for ITU staff)
- Numeracy test for band 4 and below
