How do I get paid?

Staff Partners Healthcare operate a weekly payroll throughout the year for candidates paid via PAYE. This payment is direct to your account and gives you peace of mind that your tax affairs are being dealt with safely.

Staff Partners offer the option for you to be paid via your own PSC (personal service company). Dependant on whether the role your undertake is deemed to be inside or outside of IR35 will determine whether Staff Partners Healthcare will be responsible for deducting tax on your earnings or whether you are eligible to paid a gross amount and take responsibility of settling your own tax liabilities.
