We have an exciting opportunity for Speciality Doctor in CAMHS to work within an NHS service in Dorset.
Specialty Dr or Specialist Dr CAMHS - Neurodevelopmental, Dorset 3 – 5 days per week (24 - 40 hours)
Section 12DESIRABLE
Working experience at Specialist doctor/Locum Consultant level preferably in CAMHS/Transition services at least for 2 years (over 5 years desirable) on site, standard working hours.Compliance documents must include:
• 2 references (1 must be from most recent/current assignment) covering the last three years.
• Copy of current appraisal form within the last 12 months (Personal Development Review/Sign off page)
• Up to date BLS
• Up to date conflict & resolution training
• Do they have breakaway training?
• Full Immunisation details with current Fitness to Practice certificate
• ID and Right to Work
• Enhanced DBS
• RO name
• Date of last Appraisal
• GMC Registration
• Section 12 Approval / AC Clinician Status evidence
• Up to date Breakaway & Conflict Resolution
• Car Driver / Own transport available
