Staff Partner is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join the team. In this role, you'll implement a holistic, therapeutic, and dynamic approach to support the daily lives of adults, ensuring their safety, comfort, and sensory needs are met. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, interventions, and documentation, as well as providing training to staff and agencies. Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll help create an environment where adults can flourish, learn, and develop.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
- Registered with the HCPC
- Experience working with adults and/or children with additional needs
- Ability to collaborate with key partners and resolve conflicts effectively
- Continuing professional development relevant to the setting
- Substantial post-qualification experience
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- Skills in data management and sensory integration
- Experience in staff supervision and training
