We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist. You'll implement a holistic and dynamic approach to support our pupils' daily lives, working within a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat individuals, deliver meaningful activities, and provide training to staff and agencies as required. Essential Criteria:
- Occupational Therapy BSc (Hons)
- Registered with the HCPC and RCOT
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Clinical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication with families, carers, and communities
- Accurate record-keeping in accordance with HCPC & RCOT
- Autonomy in organizing, delegating, and prioritising tasks
- Strong team player with motivation and flexibility
- Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of young people and the service
