We're seeking an Occupational Therapist with exceptional clinical and leadership skills.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and expand our clinical provision, supporting our pupils with a holistic and therapeutic approach.
Essential Criteria:
- Occupational Therapy degree
- Sensory Integration trained to minimum Practitioner level (PGCert) or willingness to complete this training
- Registered with HCPC and RCOT
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in SEN education or with a similar caseload
- Experience managing a complex caseload
- Clear and concise report writing skills
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- Ability to work independently and in multi-professional teams
As part of our expanding clinical service, you'll collaborate with the Clinical Locality Lead to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This role involves holding an Occupational Therapy caseload, contributing to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, and actively shaping the service's transformational change.
