Staff Partners are looking for a Band 6 Locum Dietitian:
Up to 4 days a week these will be set at 7.5 hours per day but which days can be negotiated
Providing dietetic assessment, advice and care planning to community patients
Working alongside other health professionals to provide a MDT approach to the care of vulnerable elderly patients with nutritional needs. Work with HEF patients to ensure their care is safe and effective
