We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist. The role focuses on providing assessments for children with an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring up-to-date assessments and care plans. This is a non-intervention role, with all work to be conducted face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and update assessments for children with an EHCP.
- Update care plans based on the latest assessment outcomes.
- Work across various clinical areas within Children’s Speech and Language Therapy.
- Face-to-face assessments only (no direct therapy interventions).
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist.
- Experience in Children’s Speech and Language Therapy, with a strong focus on assessment.
- Ability to work across multiple clinical areas and adapt to different needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for updating care plans.
