Speech & Language Therapist - (Newly Qualified or Band 5)

Staff Partners are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist for individuals with autism. This position is open to newly qualified SLTs or students awaiting registration.

The residential homes cater to autistic individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviours. This permanent role entails working five days a week with a caseload of 27.

We're seeking a Speech and Language Therapist with:

• Placement experience or a keen interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders and Learning Disabilities.
• Understanding of teamwork and a genuine desire to assist others.
• Strong organisational abilities.
• Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to take guidance from senior colleagues.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and dedication.
