Staff Partners are looking for a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist to join their team and contribute to their mission of creating the best therapeutic environments for their pupils.
The School is located in a newly refurbished building designed to meet the needs of our pupils. With a highly experienced and dedicated staff team, the school has grown in both pupil numbers and reputation, recently receiving a "Good" rating from Ofsted. They offer a range of educational options for young people with ADHD, ASD, Asperger’s, and SEMH, including extensive vocational courses.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a speech and language therapy caseload.
- Support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Provide individualised interventions based on clinical assessments.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to support our young people with developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and special educational needs.
- Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.

Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Specialist skills and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
- Experience supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments.
- Confident, engaging, and effective model, guide, leader, and trainer.
- Highly organised and proactive.
