- Description
Are you a seasoned Occupational Therapist eager to contribute during times of transformative change? Do you have experience or a strong interest in addressing the challenges associated with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex trauma, and diverse needs?
You'll develop bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with varying levels of functioning, particularly those with autism and complex needs. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll collaborate with professionals in psychology, speech and language therapy, psychotherapy, and more to deliver holistic care and education services.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- Registered with the HCPC
- Preferably trained in sensory integration
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with autistic individuals, those with intellectual disabilities, and additional needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and resolve conflicts sensitively
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Substantial post-qualification experience with adults
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- Proficiency in data management
