Job Title: Consultant Psychologist (HCPC Registered)
Location: Cheshire
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Description: Join one of the UK's leading independent provider of mental health care. We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to lead the psychological therapies provision for our clients Adult Acute Inpatient Services.
Responsibilities:
Strategic leadership within Adult Acute and Psychiatric Intensive Care services.
Provide psychological input through consultation and decision-making support.
Conduct psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions.
Supervise an Assistant Psychologist and oversee therapeutic programs.
Requirements:
HCPC registration
Clinical experience with a variety of mental health issues (e.g., mood disorders, psychosis, trauma, personality difficulties)
Experience in supervision and service development
Strong leadership and communication skills
Interest in innovative practices and working with complexity
